King 15 making PJ drops at Cape Canaveral AFS

"King 15" has just flown into the area from Moody AFB.
They will be conducting "personnel drops in Farah DZ at Cape Canaveral AFS;  
no equipment drops."
I heard them up on 118.625 very weakly as they were arriving; then they  came 
up strong on CCAFS twr 239.05.
