[MilCom] SKULL flight

SKULLs are now heading back westbound. They are still using 226.875 for
air-air. They are troubleshooting a satcom problem. 295.725 was passed as
the uplink freq and I heard some secure comms as they passed nearby. Now
that they have moved further away I can hear the secure comms on the
downlink freq 262.125.
