[MilCom] Callsign Help

[Keith Coleman]

A few minutes ago I heard BLACKBIRD-948 calling FSS on 255.400 filing his
plan from KPNS (Pensacola) to 0J4 (Florala, AL) I'm thinking this might be a
helicopter. Any ideas??
