[MilCom] "Reach 805S" approaching MacDill AFB

It is 5:30pm EST (2230z).
  Charleston 437AW C-17A "Reach 805S" has just departed Patrick AFB  after a 
short period on the ground here. He is now up on 311.0, with  MacDill AFB's 
"Lightning Ops," informing them that he is inbound to offload 7  pax. He is 
hurrying MacDill to have their 24 uploading pax ready so he can  spend minimum 
time on the ground there and beat the wx which is closing in  here.
  Reach 805S is also up with ATC on 120.15.
