[MilCom] "Hippo 16" departs Patrick; poss the E-4B

At about 5:45pm EST (2245z), "Hippo 16" departed Patrick AFB. It was  
definitely a heavy, and may have been the E-4B that had arrived as "Biggs  25."  I do 
not have any carriers audible on the WBFM freqs.
 
In the clearance routing for Hippo 16, I heard mention of a "DLH radial."  
DLH is Duluth.
