[MilCom] E-4B "Biggs 25" arrives Patrick AFB

I had the carrier on 311.0 as well. Just thought the radio was picking 
up interference on that freq.

It is Wed, 3:53pm EST (2053z).
  Moments ago E-4B "Biggs 25" landed at Patrick AFB.
  I heard him coming for quite a while. Heard him burning  356.15 WBFM
carrier while he was over GA and all the way to Patrick. As he  was 
landing on
Patrick's Rnwy 30 (via 133.75), the signal on 356.15 disappeared  
suddenly, as
if a
switch had been turned off.
   All the time he was arriving, I also had an open carrier on 311.0,  
which
remained until he was on the ground here.
