[MilCom] Military Base Freqs interference with garage door openers

The report states that some freqs now used by some
military base are neutralizing remote-controls for
garage doors this has happen at the USMC Quantico,Fort
Detrick,Maryland and in Colorado Springs at the 
21st Space Wing.
