[MilCom] Cross-country CARF tomorrow (2/19)

Rod and the group, 

I also heard ROCK 61 (after a heads up by Jody) but it
didn't sound like he was part of the contingent. 

I did hear OTIS 86 with Memphis Center 126.75>125.85
check in the block 12000 to 16000 and he stated he was
a flight of two C-130's and 3 MV-22's.  They were
westbound by the sequence of the Center freqs.
