I do not know who/what the CARF is for. Up until last week I would
have guessed the altitude pointed to a V-22 deployment from MCAS
Cherry Point to El Centro but with the Osprey currently grounded your
guess is as good as mine. The best thing to do is monitor ATC and
aerial refueling frequencies tomorrow and hope for a break.
Unfortunately the low altitude means I probably will not hear them
from west-central Georgia.
