8983.0 kHz USB: USCG CAMSPAC comms

It is Tue, 7:22pm EST (Wed, 0022z).
   CG-Point Reyes is up on 8983.0 kHz USB working "CG  1701," a C-130 based 
out of Barbers Point. CG-Point Reyes is getting flight ops  and position 
reports. Both sides are being received loud and clear here in  Florida.
   CG-Point Reyes has also used the callsign CG-CAMSPAC during  these comms.
