[MilCom] C-5A "Reach 753T" re level-kneel at CCAFS

It is 1:44pm EST (1844z).
  A short while ago C-5 "Reach 753T" arrived at Cape Canaveral  AFS after 
several incoming contacts with CCAFS Tower on 118.625.  Among the  comms he had 
with the tower was confirmation that he would do a 68-72" level  kneel and 
front loading.  I know that C-5 will do a fore-kneel and  aft-kneel, but I did not 
realize it was also capable of a level kneel.
