[MilCom] VA/NC Frequencies

I'm very new here and I'm trying to gather some frequencies for my area, and I'm hoping you guys can help me out.  I live in Richmond, VA and I'm somewhat new to milair monitoring.  I have a good amount of frequencies for stuff north of me but I'm somewhat barren with info and frequencies for south and east of me.  I've got a couple frequencies for those areas but I know there's more.  What I'm looking for is frequencies for Oceana NAS, Langley AFB, Norfolk NS, Pope AFB, Shaw AFB and Seymour Johnson AFB.  I'm looking for everything; ATC, Air-Air, PTD, Command, etc.  If you prefer to send me an e-mail, you can do that too.
