[MilCom] 11175 active on west coast

11175 is up with PETRO 02 working McClellan (also ID'ed as Elmendorf once) 
with patch to 315-449-6950 Hickam CP.  PETRO 02 is dragging 2 Raptors 
westbound to Guam, needed some instructions or clearance that Hickam Command 
couldn't give.  Couldn't hear PETRO 02, so didn't hear what the problem or 
question was.  Hickam checked with Bedtime (Hickam Tanker Control) 2 or 3 
times so far.
