[MilCom] Close Call feature on BCT-15

Just started to use the "Close Call" feature of my brand new  BCT-15 tonight, 
and got a hit on 166.0375. I can't wait to use it tomorrow  during high 
traffic periods. Only one Close Call hit and I love the feature  already.
