1730Z 287.600 FOGHORN CTL Pentagon - MUSSEL 03 - passing ETA Pentagon here
however FOGHORN CTL advises unable pp at this time, relay over. Also advises
MUSSEL 03 that FOGHORN had requested Pentagon TWR have you come up on
287.600 as
we are currently having trouble with 293.500.
