It is Fri, 9:45am EST (1445z).
    "Reach 722T" is up with MacDill AFB Dispatcher on  372.2, reporting 
inbound.  
    Once again it is 372.2, and not 311.0, being used  for MacDill.
    Sounds like he will RON; he has asked to borrow a "drop"  for 23 hours.
