[MilCom] Fwd: [MilRadioComms] Civil Air Patrol working in area

It is Sun, 4:16pm EST (2116z).
  A bit earlier this afternoon, Civil Air Patrol units "Florida CAP  Flight 
820" and "Florida CAP Flight 834" were working in this area.
  First, at 3:15pm EST, "Florida CAP Flight 834" came up on  149.535 (AM 
Mode) and had comms with "Merritt Island Comms": "Engine start 1502;  takeoff at . 
. . ."
  Then at 3:50pm EST, "Florida CAP Flight 820" came up on the same  freq and 
announced "We are doing an expanding square."
