[MilCom] 254.2 Activity

I can confirm Jody's reception report. I am hearing the secure comms
and mike keys in FM. AM is still too weak to make out the comms. FWIW,
I am using an attic mounted Scantenna with a 10dB inline amp. Strange
thing is my reception improved dramatically when it started raining
and the roof got wet!
