[MilCom] Fwd: [MilRadioComms] Mauler 04 rqsts VHF ATC freq

Here is something I do not think I have heard before: a MAULER asking for a  
VHF ATC freq. "Mauler 04" was just up with Orlando A/D on 307.0 and when 
handed  off to Miami Ctr requested VHF freq. He was passed to, and came up on, 
Miami  Ctr's 126.95.
 
Mauler radios used to be incapable of any 3-decimal-place freqs, so that  
might still be the case and the reason for the above request.
