[MilCom] KBKF: 27 DEC 2007

Currently hearing KG-84 encryption "four-tone" data on 365.0 wideFM with occasional voice underneath it... no way to extract the different subcarriers on the 2004, but this guy has been loud for the last half-hour (1230-1300 local)... possible E6 or E8-A activity?
