[MilCom] Grounded F-15's cause strain on U.S Air Defenses

Man o Man does this hit home. When I was in the Air Force 49th FIS with the 
F106 Delta Darts, we had missions to protect the East Coast against the 
Russian Bombers. Sometimes still dream of the flight line and smell the JP4
