[MilCom] 5715.0 HF Encrypted?

thnx for replies regarding possible ANDVT.

what I heard was not ANDVT ..... it was not a 'modem' ..... a continuous carrier tone while the
stations were speaking ..... I could hear voice underneath.  Stations went back and forth for 45
minutes.

unfortunately I don't have the ability to record or upload audio files.  my search will continue.
