[MilCom] Rogue 01 Declares Emergency

           This will be a AT-38C from Columbus was up
on 142.8750 with Rogue 02 advising of a possible
impending failure,ran thru some checks and it
failed,ROGUE 01 up with Columbus Afb Approach on
239.25 advising he has had generator failure,two on
board and 1.1 hours fuel onboard.Now descending to
3,000 for Runway 31 Center.
