   Fueling began today at 5:28am.
   The Liquid Hydrogen Engine cut-off sensors were sent signals; one
(Cut-off Sensor 3) of them failed.
   The launch has been scrubbed for today.
   No fix has been derived, because no cause of the failures has been
determined.
   There is speculation that the launch may not take place until January.
