[MilCom] AR-111 conflicting AR's again

1120L/1720Z:

KANZA 71 (KC-135R) and PEACH 33 (E-8C) are currently
in AR Ops on AR-111W on secondary freq 319.7

They started out on primary 348.9 then KANZA 71 heard
in comms with a HUSKER flight headed their way also on
AR-111.  So in order to not conflict the KANZA flight
will take the higher block FL270-290 and offset 10
miles to the North. HUSKER flight will take FL240-260
