[MilCom] HOIST & POKER

I came in on this one late so some details are sketchy. HOIST 91 (KC-10)
talking with POKER 51-54 (F-16, air-air 138.95) on 352.1 ref a fuel leak
from the boom. HOIST also discussing leak with unk aircraft on 139.875.
POKER will be landing at Little Rock AFB (divert for fuel due to leak?)
while HOIST continues on to Nellis AFB. Probe software for my Pro-2006
shows hits on 343.1 so there may have been a cell previous to this one.
