[MilCom] AR-633 going active now

SODA 91 (KC-135R, Knoxville/TN ANG) is about to
conduct AR Ops W/PEACH 33 (E-8C, Robins/GA ANG) on
AR-633A/B.  

Boom freq is AR-633 secondary 343.25

Mentioned bleedover interference on primary 240.35
from a couple of fighters they think is in the
snowbird MOA.  Since the new freqs have been assigned
AR-633 users have used the secondary more times than
the primary.  Didn't have that problem when it was
295.8
