[MilCom] Statewide Civil Air Patrol Exercise Planned August 2007

Looks like a statewide Civil Air Patrol exercise is planned for Oregon on 
8/25 & 8/26/2007.  Looks like lots of different exercise scenarios.  Looks 
like the main operation will be in Aurora.
