[MilCom] AR-203 active

1220L/1720Z:

REACH 03 (KC-135) is conducting AR Ops W/REAPER 11
(B-2A, 509th BW, Whiteman) on AR-203.  Boom freq is
238.9

REACH 03 passed tail # of 59-xxxx.  I totally blew
REAPER's.  They say them too damn fast.  I barely got
the 59 down and the reciever was already spitting his
out. First time i heard a tanker go with a REACH cs
during a refuel. 

Anyhow, from the comms they were going NE bound on the
track and don't plan on backtracking.
