     8992.0 was active at 0230z with an unknown player (fair/good
levels but with fading; sounded "off frequency") bcsting a
148-character EAM (M42C5P) but suddenly silent during early part of
the second reading of the string, so no ID heard.  Unheard on 4724.0,
11175.0 or 15016.0.

     8992.0 is active at 0240z with EVOLUTION (weak/fair with fading)
with his restoral xmsn.
