     8992.0 was active at 0140z with EVOLUTION (weak to sometimes
fair/good levels here) bcsting SIYURC, SIIPLA and SIMUR7 and "Standing
by for traffic.".  H+10/h+40 activity.  Pre new day RACE TRACK.
