FAST 61-64 have been ARing with STEEL 71 on 348.900 (AR-600) and still using
138.300.  They almost had to divert to McEntire ANGB due to low fuel.  FAST
71/72 and FAST 73/74 have also been up on 348.900 with STEEL 71 using
138.175 and 141.750 for air-to-air respectively.
