     VEGAS 21 and VEGAS## are currently up. So far
they have used 138.2 a/a and 306.3 departure freq.
They have mentioned Grand Bay Range but I haven't
heard them on the range freq. 236.075 probably because
 of the lower altitude. I'm almost sure these are
A-10s because of the comms received the other day
