[MilCom] 8992.0 - POLICEMAN

     8992.0 was active at 2330z with POLICEMAN (weak/fair) bcsting 3
28-character EAMs (BBVGUG; BBXTOF; BBI6G3) and simulcasting same on at
least 11175.0 (fair to sometimes unheard levels).  He qrm'd a phone
patch between BALL CUE (airborne) and HOT CAKE (GEP coodinator)
attempting some orderwire coordination.  H+00/H+30 activity.  Nothing
heard on 4724.0 and 15016.0.
