[MilCom] AR freq 305.500

Early this morning 0520z a REACH 166 and ETHYL 73 tanker were northbound 
along Mid-Atlantic coast headed for AR time 0550z near Nantuckett on what they 
called their AR primary of 305.500.
Came in real strong here.
Odd freq as also have as Fat Albert freq and former Show Boss freq.
