Money, money, and money folks. There is no money in it. Scanners sales for 
these two companies (U and RS) are not where they make their money. And 
airshow tables result in nearly zero sales. The cost to exhibit is high and 
the return is nil. If you don't make some money at this you don't stay in 
business.

Icom and Grove tried this several years ago at several major shows. Spent a 
lot of money and very, very little return during and after the show. 
Airshow, hamfest etc, just doesn't work for most companies anymore. Times 
have changed and most of us have had to change with these times or go out of 
business.
