[MilCom] Civil Air Patrol Communications Changes Hot Off The Press!!!

Another "source" indicates that the new repeaters have not been shipped to 
any of the wings yet.  Apparently, until the repeater frequency coordination 
problems with Canada are resolved.
I may have misunderstood what was told to me but my understanding is the 
repeaters can also be used as remote base stations on ALL the newly 
authorized CAP frequenices.

Perhaps someone else can confirm the new repeaters status.
