[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - BEEF CAKE standing by for traffic

     11175.0 was active at 0210z with BEEF CAKE (or sounds like; good
levels with deep fades to weak/sometimes unheard levels and back)
bcsting a 98-character EAM (HVG7XH) and simulcasting same on at least
8992.0 (weak/readable with deep fades to unheard levels) with nothing
heard on 4724.0 or 15016.0.  He ended his xmsn with the "standing by
for traffic statement" and out.  EAM string contained distinctive,
possibly repetitive formatting including 14-character ending block
common to some of these strings.  EAM had been bcst by the HFGCS in
the previous hour or so.
