     11175.0 was active at 2310z with unknown player (too weak to
id/mostly unreadable; maybe COMBATANT) bcsting an EAM (preamble too
weak to understand) and simulcasting same on at least 8992.0 (maybe;
very weak/unreadable) and possibly ending with "standing by for
traffic."
