     8992.0 was active at 0240z with DEPENDENT (or sounds like;
weak/readable to unreadable levels) bcsting two 28-character EAMs
(UKGUYF; UKYFPO) and simulcasting same on at least 4724.0 (weak/barely
readable at 0240z).  Player has been active under this call at
h+10/h+40 since 0010z and ends all xmsns with "DEPENDENT, standing by
for traffic (2x) and out.
