[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - HOT SPOT standing by for traffic

     11175.0 was active at 0041z+/- with HOT SPOT (or sounds like;
weak/often unreadable to weak/fair levels here with fading) bcsting
two 28-character EAMs (missed first preamble; UK?FPO) following a
HFGCS EAM bcst, and simulcasting same on 8992.0 (weak/mostly unheard)
with nothing heard on 4724.0 and 15016.0.  He ended his xmsn with "HOT
SPOT standing by for traffic" (2x) and out.
