Monitored in Bowling Green, KY on 4/7 at 1500CDT

PETRO 68/KC10 722ARW on 239.80/Scott Metro inquiring of landing wx @ 
McGuire AFB.  68 was overhead VHP/Brickyard with a PIREP for Scott.  I 
hear this one very seldom here in this part of the country.
