[MilCom] Wright Patterson AFB TRS Update

Well it didn't take long to figure out the change
to the Wright Patterson TRS. This is apparently just a slight
upgrade to digital voice. It is not a true P-25 system as it is
still running at 3600 baud. The SysID remains the same, the only
changes are the new frequencies and step. Talkgroups appear to be
unchanged. You will now need a digital capable scanner to monitor it.


Base Frequency:   406.3500
Offset:           380
Step:             12.5 kHz

410.7625


We will continue to keep a close eye (and ear) on
it for any further changes.
