     6697.0 was active at 0324z+/- with unknown player (very
weak/mostly unreadable to unheard here; too weak to understand id)
bcsting an unknown EAM (U.....; too weak for full preamble and often
unheard during string) and maybe ending with the "standing by for
traffic" statement and out.  Unheard on 11244.0 and 8776.0.
