     6697.0 was active at 1010z with PROPAGATE (weak/mostly readable
with deep fading) bcstng a 54-character EAM (UGJZEA) and ending with
"PROPAGATE, standing by for traffic) (2x) and out.  Nothing heard at
1020z from the h+20/h+50 player.
