[MilCom] MIL: 6697.0 - BAKE LIGHT and MILK WEED Standing by for traffic

     6697.0 was active at 0810z with BAKE LIGHT (weak/mostly readable)
"Standing by for traffic" and out.

     6697.0 was active at 0820z with MILK WEED (weak/readable)
"Standing by for traffic" and out.

     Both have been remained active on 6697.0 at their h+10/h+40 (BAKE
LIGHT) and h+20/h+40 windows with their EAMs and statements since an
hour or so after the beginning of the utc new day.  They are probably
active on simulcast freqs as well but unheard here. (13155.0 and an 8
MHz freq).
