[MilCom] Wright Patterson AFB TRS

it appears the Wright Patterson AFB has finally converted over
to a P-25 system. The old analog system is turned off now.
We have been expecting this switchover since 2004, looks like its 
finally here.


I am just bit too far south to receive it.
We have one All Ohio Scanner Club member without
digital capability noting the new frequencies. When I get
an opportunity to get over that way (about 20 miles from
my QTH), I'll see if I can run Treport and Pro96Com on it,
plus set it up in my Pro-96.
