[MilCom] E-4 may have departed Patrick

It is Sat, 11:20am EDT (1520z).
  I was not quite quick enough to get an eyeball on him, but I believe  it 
was the E-4 that departed Patrick a short while ago. The E-4 had been here  for 
three days. Callsign was Mad 94 or Amass 94 or something similar.  He  is 
northbound.
