[MilCom] Cobra 85 and Tahoe 85 local

It is 12:42pm EDT (1642z).
   For the past few days I have heard what I thought was "Cobra  85." Now I 
am certain of the callsign:
      Tue, 3:10pm: 311.0 Cobra 85 with MacDill's  Lightning Ops.
      Wed, 2:29pm: 311.0 Cobra 85 with MacDill's  Lightning Ops.
      Thu, 12:38pm: Unk freq: Cobra 85.
   I have also been hearing Beale KC-135 "Tahoe 85" on 311.0  with MacDill's 
Lightning Ops; unknown in comms are related to Cobra.
