[MilCom] Loud tone on JSTARS 293.525

It is 10:10am EDT (1410z).
  There is a loud tone on 293.525, which is JSTARS "Peachtree." Also  comms 
on 231.75, a JSTARS freq at the Northrop-Grumman JSTARS Integration  Facility 
here.  So some sort of testing going on.
